Terms of Service
1. Engineering Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Tesconix Technologies for software development, cloud infrastructure architecture, and technical consulting services. By approving our technical proposals and initiating a project, you agree to these foundational terms.
We operate strictly as a professional engineering agency. Our deliverables are defined exclusively by the Statements of Work (SOW) mutually signed before development begins. Scope changes are handled via formal change requests to ensure architectural integrity.
2. Payment Milestones & Deliverables
Tesconix Technologies operates on a milestone-based billing structure for custom software projects. Typical engagements require an upfront deposit to allocate engineering resources, with subsequent payments tied to demonstrable technical milestones (e.g., MVP delivery, API completion, Final UAT).
Failure to meet payment schedules may result in a temporary suspension of development activities. We prioritize transparency and will always deliver the source code relative to the paid milestones.
3. Warranties & Liability
We engineer our systems to be highly fault-tolerant using modern DevOps practices. We provide a standard 30-day bug-fixing warranty period post-deployment to resolve any critical issues outlined in the original scope that may arise in a production environment.
However, Tesconix Technologies is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS outages, Vercel downtime), malicious third-party attacks, or unauthorized code modifications made by the client's internal team post-handover.
